1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EarthRise platform, registering an account, or making a financial contribution toward any ecosystem restoration tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

1.2 Nature of Ecological Restoration Services

Navodaya EarthRise Private Limited provides organized environmental restoration, tree tracking records, and field monitoring services. Our philosophy is "We Can’t Stop Human Growth, But We Can Restore Balance." Contributions fund field operations, seed procurement, land preparation, maintenance, and continuous observation records over time.

1.3 User Conduct & Account Security

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any malicious activity, automated scraping, or fraudulent representation will lead to immediate account termination.

2.1 Payment Information Handling

We process payments securely via authorized third-party payment gateways. We collect transaction identifiers, billing names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment verification data. We do not store raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords on our servers.

2.2 Contribution Tiers & Execution

Contributions toward tiers (Single tree at ₹1,850, Micro-grove at ₹8,500, Corridor patch at ₹42,000) are allocated directly toward physical execution, maintenance, and observation tracking of the designated project lifecycle.

2.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because contributions are immediately committed to field operations and nursery logistics, all payments are strictly non-refundable once successfully processed. Technical transaction failures must be reported within 48 hours for manual reconciliation.

3.1 No Guarantee of Income

Participation in the Partner Program does not guarantee regular or fixed income. Partner benefits depend entirely on successful, verified participant contributions initiated through your referral link. Creating an account alone generates zero earnings.

3.2 Verification and KYC Compliance

Participants qualifying for partner payouts must complete mandatory KYC verification, including valid government identity proofs (PAN, Aadhaar, or matching bank credentials) when requested. Payouts are withheld pending valid verification.

4.1 Information We Collect

We collect personal data you voluntarily provide when creating an account, making payments, or participating in our programs:

• Identity data: full name, username, and profile specifications.
• Contact details: email address, phone number, and postal address.
• Financial records: payment gateway reference IDs, receipt histories, and invoice data.
• Verification documents: KYC records where mandated for partner payouts.

4.2 Use of Collected Data

Your data is used to administer restoration portfolios, provide field observation logs, process secure payments, prevent fraud, comply with statutory reporting under Indian law, and send service communications.

4.3 Data Security & Policy Updates

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. Navodaya EarthRise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated framework.
